Building permits for all new construction, remodeling or new additions, and other repair work are issued after the review of blueprints and site plan. Electrical permits are required for electrical service upgrade.

Fence
Must submit two (2) copies with $10 fee.

Swimming Pool
Must submit two (2) copies with fee (Inground $95, above ground $40)

Shed
Must submit two (2) copies with $10 fee.

Detached Garage
Must submit three (2) copies with $255 fee.

Driveway
$15 fee.

Commerical Sign
Must submit three (3) copies. See application for fee schedule.

Any contractor doing work within the City must obtain a Contractors' License. You can obtain a Contractor License Application here.

Hours of construction-Monday through Saturday 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. No construction work will be allowed on Sunday's or Holiday's. All construction sites must have a dumpster. Streets must be cleaned at the close of the construction day. Fire hydrants may not be tapped for water supply unless the Public Works Department authorizes it and supplies water meter.
